Principle Accountabilities:

· Support site manager daily operation (admin related)

· Schedule the visiting of customers and visitors properly (admin related)

· Hotel, car, air or train tickets, restaurant booking (admin related)

· Interface WGQ government on all matters (admin related)

· Property management, like property leasing and management (admin related)

· Take the ownership of office 5S initiative (admin related)

· Facilitate employee suggestion program (admin related)

· Company legal documents and chop keeping and maintain log sheet (admin related)

· Documents English-Chinese-English translation (admin related)

· Responsibility for monthly operation data collection and analysis (admin related)

· Responsibility for monthly plant newsletter and support regional newsletter making (HR related)

· Organize company event or activities, such as annual dinner, family day, etc. (HR related)

· Other assignments as needed

Education/Experience:

· Bachelor degree with majored in business or language

· Around 2 years of related working experience

· Good oral and written in English and Chinese, pass CET 6 or equivalent English level

· Good literacy in office software, like word, excel, Photoshop and PowerPoint

· High self-motivated, adapt capability to fast change, available to take on new responsibilities everywhere, result-oriented

· Good communication and interpersonal skills, and good team spirit

Be able to work under high pressure, good sense of cost saving and control
