岗位描述Job description:
1. 依据现行的规划原则和设计规范和项目的实际需求,独立完成全套建筑图,包括可行性研究,初步设计,详细设计等设计阶段。
2. 编制设计说明、规定、标准及其他项目文件。
3. 编制项目设计进度和工作计划，并对设计进度负责。
4. 协调配合项目内部其他专业之间的设计工作。
5. 为工程管理部或其他部门提供建筑专业的技术资料，协助落实报价投标工作。
6. 参与相关建筑专业设计审查。
7. 管理和指导第三方或合作设计单位的建筑设计工作。
8. 和业主、承建单位进行协调，以及配合现场施工。
1. According to relevant codes, standards and project detail requirements, independentlyprepare architectural drawingsfor Feasibility Study Design, Front End Engineering Design, Basic Engineering Design and Detail Engineering Design.
2. Prepare project specifications,standards and other technical documents for design, material and constructions.
3. Prepare and be responsible for the project schedule and work plan.
4. Coordinate withother discipline’s design work.
5. Prepare relevant architectural design information for project management department, assist the bidding and tendering work.
6. Participate in design review, audit and verification work as required.
7. Manage and guide third party or other cooperative design unit’s architectural design.
8. Liaise and coordinate with the owner and contractors. Support the construction work at site.

职位要求 Position Requirement:
1. 建筑专业大学本科或以上学历；
2. 5年以上工业项目建筑设计和管理工作经验
3. 熟悉建筑设计和施工相关规范标准及其应用
4.具有独立工作能力和团队合作精神
5. 具备良好的英语沟通协调能力
6. 熟练应用相关工作软件
7.有外国工程公司及海外合作项目工作经验者及优先
1. Bachelor degree in architectural discipline or above.
2. At least 5 years of experience for industrial project architecture design and management.
3. Familiar with the architecture design and construction related codes and its application
4. Ability to work independently and good team work spirit
5. Good oral and written English
6. Familiar with relevant work software (office, Auto CAD, Photoshop, etc.)
7. Experience in a foreign engineering companyor workshare project is preferred.
