一、岗位职责：
1、协助总经理制定公司发展战略规划、经营计划、业务发展计划；
2、分析新的和原有管理体系和市场体系，提出整改方案，以保证维护和提高公司市场竞争力；
3、负责策划公司年度内部管理、市场工作目标，能强有力的将计划转变成结果。
4、负责公司内部管理的落实与实施，监督与调整；
5、负责指导、管理和监督工作，改善工作质量和服务态度；
6、负责编排公司工作活动日程表，安排重大活动的组织和接待工作；
7、负责承担公司所有建设与管理手续的办理任务；
8、管理公司内部文件、资料的审核、存档等相关环节，确保并不断提高工作质量；
9、负责协调公司部门间的合作关系，处理工作中发生的问题；
10、代表公司与外界有关部门和机构联络并保持良好合作关系；
11、掌握公司的组织架构、人事制度、各部门操作规则，做好团队建设；
12、当总经理外出，受总经理委托，代理行使总经理权力。

二、任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，企业管理或相关专业毕业；
2、熟悉公司行政管理体系与制度建设，对企业规范管理等方面有丰富的实践经验；
3、优秀的外联与公关能力，具备解决突发事件的能力；
4、较强的分析、解决问题能力，思路清晰，考虑问题细致；
5、良好的团队协作精神，品行端正，有亲和力，具有很强的判断力与决策能力；
6、具有优秀的资源整合能力和业务推进能力；
7、具有优秀的团队建设经验，团队管理能力强，善于协调团队的工作；
8、具有敏锐的市场意识、应变能力；
9、具有良好的语言表达沟通能力、领导能力和学习能力；
10、具有强烈的进取心，精力充沛，乐观豁达，富有开拓精神；
11、熟悉软件、物联网、智能电网等行业优先；
12、有三年以上大型IT企业管理工作经验者优先。

    福建格通电子科技信息有限公司前身是世界著名学府澳大利亚悉尼大学的智能电网项目组，从2007年开始专注于物联网机器对机器通信平台的研发。在澳大利亚工程院院士、国际电气电子工程师协会院士（IEEE FELLOW）、悉尼大学电气信息学院院长、中科院第一批特聘外籍专家—布兰卡·武切蒂奇教授的带领下针对智能电网核心技术展开攻关，历经数年磨砺，沉淀了多项物联网通信平台的核心技术。

Company Profile
Its predecessor is the Smart Grid project team of the prestigious University of Sydney, which specialized in the R&D of the machine-to-machine communications platform in Internet of Things from 2007. This team has accumulated multiple core technologies for the communications platform in the Internet of Things after years of efforts in core technologies for Smart Grid under the leadership of Professor Branka Vucetic, Fellow of the Australian Academy of Technological Sciences and Engineering, IEEE Fellow, Head of the School of Electrical and Information Engineering at Sydney University, and one of the CAS’ first distinguished foreign experts.
Development
In 2012, Fujian Gridlink Technology Co., Ltd. officially settled in Fujian and successfully introduced Shanghai Suijin Investment Group as its strategic partner. It also reached a joint R&D strategic agreement with Institute of Computing Technology of Chinese Academy of Sciences. Gridlink completed its R&D layout with joint R&D centers in Beijing, Fuzhou and Sydney and its marketing layout with Shanghai as the center.
