Position Purpose:

This position is responsible to lead China pricing management and contract management process. And to seek opportunities to enhance business support team competence / content to release sales from operational tasks to focus on value adding sales activities. Center of connecting between Salea and internal functions (including but not limited to OM, PSM, PTS, HSEQ, CE, Legal, CM, Accounting).

Major responsibilities include consolidating business intelligence and providing analysis support for business decisions and customer service operation.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities:

1)Lead CO internal discussion of China Country Price definition with guidance of Limit Price from RPM;

• Manage the whole pricing maintence process and optimization, and cooridnate with OM / Sales / RPM to get it implemented. Price definition should ensure compliance requirement and maximize margin in China market;
• Lead the sales support team to provide price analysis by product line / customer category to support business decisions

2)Responsible for contract Management process optimization and execution

• Set up standard contract management process
• Align with cooperation department (sales, legal, CM)
• Lead sales support team to ensure contract execution from proposal to rebate settlement

3)Lead audit preparation and ICS / ISO review;

4)Support in business presentation for both internal and external communication purpose;

5)Lead regional sales support team to deal with customer complaints. Support in solution design and customer communication, responsible for related service (e.g., product return) and documentation;

6)Lead regional sales support team to be responsible for sample application in the system, availability & status check and follow up;

7)lead regional sales suppor team to investigate debits, credits, returned goods, provide assistance with the response to quality improvement request and assist in analysis of special customer requests

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Chemical or relevant discipline preferred
• Minimum 5 years working experience in relevant industry with proven account support work record
• Understands practical application of marketing techniques
• Possesses specific knowledge of the assigned products, markets and customer base. Requires good listening and communication skills (oral and written)
• Must possess analytical abilities in order to identify and resolve customer problems
• Understanding on system (BW, CRM, SAP) is an advantage
• Knowledge about China market will definitely be desirable
• Personal attributes are open mind
• Fluent in English and mastering Chinese (Mandarin) is a must
