Job Requirement:

1. Cooperating & coordinate whole team to achieve client expectation in assigned project.

2. Understand the project objectives and demonstrate an ability to deliver the "message" through event

3. Ability to execute ideas flawlessly--paying particular attention to details

4. Contribute to the communication, demonstration and evolution of service to clients at the highest possible standard

5. Institute and implement of event management policy and process

6. Vender select and quality control

7. Key client interface

8. Assist in the recruitment and development of the event team

9. Ability to guide and mentor junior talent in developing their job career

10. Partner with Account team to sell service/present event proposal to clients

11. Independent leader event team and result driven


Requirement
-At least 5 years of experience with event manage and produce
-Ideally, Bachelor or above degree in commercial arts, advertising or related field
-A great eye and an even better communicator
-Thorough understanding of vocal concert, pub event, fashion show requirement

-Have plenty resource of wood, AV&lighting, photography, Acting

-Be able to quality control visual view
-Strong sense of luxury industry, understanding of luxury brand
-Work under tight schedule, self independent, and result driven.
-Proven ability to manage and organize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
-Strong time management and creative resource management capabilities
-Attention to detail.perfectionist

-Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with other departments
