岗位职责：

1.熟练掌握监控设备的性能和使用方法，熟悉设备系统基本情况，做到出现故障判断准确。
2.熟悉门店的基本情况，掌握门店的楼宇、设施设备的位置，发现可疑情况要及时通知巡逻值班人员前去现场处理，同时进行跟踪监视，并及时向值班人员通报情况。
3.应时刻保持高度警惕，认真观察监控视屏，密切关注每个监控点及出入口，确保对重点要害部位的实时监控。
4.严格遵守操作规程，爱护设备，不得擅自拆装设备或改动程序，确保设备正常运行。
5.协助做好小区安全防范工作，发现险情及时通知巡逻队员到现场处理，确保小区安全。
6.认真填写值班记录，保持录像资料的完整，并做好保密及重点监控录像的登记及保存工作，以备查验。
7.认真做好监控室的环境卫生保洁工作，桌面应做到无杂物堆放、屏幕无灰尘污渍。
8.遵守职业道德，不准对与安全无关的目标进行跟踪监视。
9.认真完成领导交办的其他工作任务。

Crostini 38位于泰康路248弄38-39号，就坐落于这条上海最隐秘的弄堂，由设计师倾心设计，餐厅共有二层，总面积为82平方米，可以容纳60个餐位。

Corner Asia （角落亚洲店）坐落于泰康路248弄33号，成立于2008年10月31日，总面积34平方米，可同时容纳20人进行用餐。

Living Room 坐落于泰康路248弄34号，成立于2008年10月31日。餐厅设计装饰具有传统老上海弄堂的风格，内有13个座位。
