Description
. Assume responsibility for managing the department, including planning, sheet metal manufacturing, electrical cabinet assembly, outsourcing (surface treatment), machine assembly as well as the engineering resource.
. Develop production processes as to increase efficiency and improve product quality.
. Develop and train personnel as make the employees more committed and quality conscious.
. Ensure that the relevant parts of the MRP system is updated timely and maintained.
. Develop and maintain the processes so they in accordance with the requirement from ISO9001.
. Work constructively and professionally with peers within the organization.
. Inform Company management in a timely manner as to resource/support requirements necessary to advance ongoing/new projects.
. Provide open effective lines of communication throughout the organization to help maintain a sense of teamwork, enthusiasm and pride.
Requirements
. As a disciplined leader, possessing the ability to motivate team members to produce results within the agreed timeframes and simultaneously manage/participate in several projects, this individual must have demonstrated that they live by the principles of teamwork and responsibility.
. Is fluent in Chinese and is proficient in English both written and verbal.
. Possesses +5 years of Production management experience in areas including sheet metal manufacturing and machine assembly.
. Hands on personality, with extensive practical experience that don’t mind getting his hands dirty.
. Responsible for providing main planning with manufacturing hours as well as regularly follow them up.
. Preferred age, 35-45 years.
. Candidate who currently resides within the Shanghai area
