OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB
Technician - Testing is responsible for production day to day shift support, PCBA diagnostic and test equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Assist test engineer to reduce test equipment downtime and test yield improvement.


负责对日常生产的支持，进行PCBA测试以及对测试设备进行维修保养。熟悉ICT测试，协助测试工程师降低测试设备停工期，提升测试效果。


MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES
·Maintain the test station working status and troubleshooting the fail PCBA and related circuit board, include failure data collection, data analysis and find out the root cause and the solution.
维护测试站，保证其处于正常工作状态，对不合格PCBA进行故障分析，以及对相关电路板故障进行维修，包括错误数据的收集，数据分析以及发现问题根源，并解决问题。
·Assist Test maintenance Engineer to improve test Yield.
协助测试维修工程师提升测试效果。
·Assist Test maintenance Engineer to carry out maintenance for all Test Equipment and Test Fixtures.
协助测试维修工程师对所有测试设备和测试工作夹具进行维护。
·Support production line and troubleshooting test equipments.


支持生产线，维修测试设备故障。
KEY COMPETENCIES
·Capability to read English Documents.
·Knowledge of Analog and Digital circuit and have basic capability to analysis circuit and component level repair skills.
·Knowledge of soldering skill and IPC standard.
·Strong responsibility and the ability to work within a team.
·Knowledge of electronics manufacturing and test process is desired.
·Knowledge of Microprocessor and communication circuit is desired.
·Ability to multi-task projects that require immediate response is desired.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
·Educational: Diploma / Technical school in an electronics related field, or equivalent education.
·Experience: Minimum of 3 years applicable experience or equivalent experience. Experience in Electronics Tooling such as Meter and Oscilloscope.
