Overall Job Responsibility

The logistics Specialist is responsible for the delivery of products for Wessco Hotel business. The overall responsibilities are as follows,
1, Strictly control the logistics charge and arrange efficient and accurate delivery.
2, Satisfy customer’s demand to the greatest extent, make continuous improving to customer’s satisfaction and purchasing experience with Wessco.
3, Following up the delivery according to trade term and ensure the goods been delivered to customer safely and timely without any delay or complaint.

Job Description

1, Make delivery note on the basis of sales order and stock status, select the right logistics service provider to arrange delivery
2, Follow up the delivery and ensure the goods delivered arrived at customer time and safely and the get back the receipt from customer.
3, Assist supervisor to verify monthly logistics charge.
4, Inventory management: Maintain the safety stock and ensure the accuracy of stock.
5, Make inventory analysis regularly and suggest purchasing request.
6, Make stock aging analysis regularly and push sales to sell slow-run products.
7, Other tasks and reports required by supervisor.

Requirement
1, University degree or above in Logistics management
2, 3 years or above relevant working experience, have good knowledge in international trade. With experience of booking space, making Inv/PL, delivery following up will be preferred.
3, Good at communication with different team and party, have the ability to solve the unexpected problem during the delivery
4, Service oriented thinking and can work high pressure
5,Fluent in English both writing and speaking, goods at using MS excel.

职位概要：

负责酒店类业务的发货，严格把控物流发货成本，高效、准确安排发货，最大限度满足客户需求，不断提高客户满意度，提升客户体验，保证业务准时，安全出运，根据贸易条款全程跟踪出运货物直至运达客户, 无延期, 无投诉。

岗位职责：

(1) 根据销售订单及库存状况制作发货单，联系物流服务供应商安排发货
(2) 跟进货物出运，确保货物准时，安全到达客户处并签收
(3) 协助上级审核每月的物流费用
(4) 库存管理，维护安全库存量并保证库存的准确性
(5) 定期进行库存分析，掌握发货与库存的动态变化，根据库存状况提出采购申请
(6) 定期进行库龄分析，对呆滞库存及时预警并追销售提供解决方案
(7) 负责按时完成上级交待的各类工作报告及其他任务


任职资格：
(1) 物流管理相关专业,大专以上学历
(2) 具备3年以上相关工作经验，懂国际贸易业务知识；有做过出口物流订舱、单证（提单、发票、装箱单等）、跟单工作经验为佳
(3) 良好的沟通协调能力、判断与决策能力、计划与执行能力、能解决物流工作中出现的突发问题
(4) 认真负责、能承受工作压力，工作细致、严谨敬业、高度的工作热情、良好的团队合作精神
(5) 英语流利，能熟练应用Excel制作表格，进行数据处理
