岗位职责

·Answers questions of physicians and nurses concerning laboratory tests, accepts
Complaints, and cowork with manager and supervisor to initiates corrective actions.
·Introduce lab service to clinic and help clinician to find appropiate lab services, promote lab service as well. .
·Assist lab supervisor and manager on lab business development, promotion and material creation.
·Performs tests and sample analysis in all areas of clinical chemistry, hematology& Blood bank, microbiology, immunology and Body fluid analysis etc.
·Assist lab dotted line management to prepare documentation and record.
·Maintains test equipment and instruments, following established procedures.
·Perform quality control to ensure proper function of instruments, reagents, and procedure.
·Recognize instrument malfunction and out of control test results and know how to resolve problem.
·Maintains test equipment and instruments, follow the established procedures.
·Complete all tasks assigned from lab manager or group leader.

任职条件

Qualifications:
·Bachlor degree with related major.
·Professional license preferred.
·At least 5 yr working experience in clinical laboratory.
·Excellent English level in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Skills:
·Good skill of telephone communication and negotiation.
·Have enough knowledge of lab medicine and clinic.
·Computer skill of office software practice.
·Have lab skill and be competent to daily performance.
Knowledge:
·An understanding of medical clinical laboratory workflow
·Knowledge of clinical laboratory tests and related methodologies.
·Knowledge of sample preparation and procedure of sample and reports delivery.
·Knowledge of criterion for qualified sample and sample preparation.
·Have computer skill and knowledge, familiar with office software.
·Knowledge of electronic system of laboratory.
·Knowledge of article or magazine designing and editing.

职位概述

Transfer daily consultation and message between lab staff and clinic; Assist lab manager and supervisor on business development and lab service promotion as well as electronic system jobs. Part of working time will be involved into daily operation.
