岗位职责

1. Verify patients’ insurance information
2. Obtain financial guarantee to cover patients’ medical expense
3. Verify patients’ insurance benefits
4. Make estimated cost according to treating plans
5. Communicate with patients about deposit/guarantee issues
6. Obtain payment guarantee from third party payers
7. Obtain cash deposit from self-pay patients
8. Help patients sort out payment issues
9. Provide medical information to third party payers if needed
10. Provide medical information to third party payers if needed

任职条件

1. Associate college degree required
2. Customer service experience, at healthcare business preferred
3. Language skills: fluent in Chinese and English
4. PC skills: familiar with Microsoft office tools
5. Communication skills: able to approach staff, co-workers, and supervisors

7. Good understanding of UFH ’s revenue cycle
8. Good understanding of cashiering related systems
