岗位职责：

1、从事小学或者中学语文的教学工作，实施授课；

2、根据学生的具体情况，制定教学计划，并实时监控学生接受课程辅导的成效；

3、积极参加学校和部门组织的各种培训、教研、会议等活动，参与教学评估，保证授课质量；

4、定期与本学科组内教师进行教研交流，教学研究，接受校方安排的各种检测和培训，不断提高业务水平；


任职要求:

1、专科及以上学历，专业功底深厚，有教师资格证者优先；

2、热爱教育事业，有良好的教育职业精神和责任感；

3、有一定的专业知识和教学能力，语文老师要求有较强的阅读写作能力和分析讲解能力，有良好的语言组织和表达能力，能形象生动地引导学生学习语文的兴趣，对上海地区的语文教材，考点和考纲都有一定的认识和了解。；

4、表达能力强，思维灵活，富有亲和力，有责任心，有团队意识，善于与学生、家长交流沟通，服从学校的安排；

5、学习能力强、积极进取，善于学习，敢于挑战高薪；

6、普通话标准、流利，举止大方得体，气质形象佳；
