工作职责：
1. 负责商标部各类文件的分类归档和管理保管工作；
2. 指导、规范其它同事的文件和归档工作；
3. 负责整个事务所各类统计总结工作；
4. 协助组织各部门，及时维护、更新律所网站内容；
5. 办公室日常行政工作及协助总经理的日程安排；
6. 事务所的特殊项目协助。

任职资格：
1. 全国全日制大学专科以上学历；
2. 有1年以上在律师事务所的文员或秘书正式工作经验；
3. 有较强的写作文笔能力；
4. 细心、勤奋、严谨、不固执、责任心和包容心强；
5. 具有良好团队合作精神；
6. 熟练使用电脑及各种软件，英语四级。
