Your tasks:
1.creating 2D layout concepts and draft plans
2.creating part, assembly and surface concepts as well as their documentation
3.Layout and design of interior plastic parts and their assembly groups according to the specification book
4.creating 2D drawings based on customer requirements
5.Optimization of the design based on customer requirements
6.Design optimization in collaboration with CAE simulation and testing and in coherence with tooling requirements
7.Self-contained, expertised consulting with the project leader about the technical content
8.Preparing decision memos and meeting presentations
Your skills:
1.Bachelor's degree in Engineering
2.Automotive background and more than 4 years of experience
3.Background in whole vehicle development, especially interior and components
4.Knowledge in automotive CAD model architecture and CATIA V5 is essential
5.Knowledge in centering and fixing plastic assembly groups
6.Knowledge in design of thermoplastics, injection molding and tooling
7.Excellent communication skills in German or English
8.Familiar with MS Office
9.Strong ability to work with diverse teams at all levels
10.Problem-solving, coaching and consulting skills, good presentation skills
