You coach sales teams across several months before the teams have internalized the product knowledge in their actions and focus their work optimally in the value chain of the company.
You are a mentor for new employees.
You bring your experiences and ideas within the team. You organize the necessary knowledge transfer to our departments in the headquarters.
You plan internal and external training courses and workshops and carry them out.
