o Responsibilities:

§ Responsible for management and usage of all social media tools.

§ Plan, draft and update contents for AEG social platforms including Weibo, Wechat, Facebook, Instagram, etc. in line with company’s strategy

§ Monitor and engage in, as appropriate, social conversations related to AEG

§ Community building, increase AEG fan base and increase level of engagement with AEG

§ Interaction with followers/KOLs/media partners/sponsors to build up/maintain good relationship with them

§ Lead, and execute online/offline campaigns and sweepstakes on various social channels as required

§ Work closely with team members to ensure any cross-promotional efforts are managed properly

o Requirements:

§ At Least 2 or 3 years experience in a similar position: in digital agency, etc.

§ Excellent writing skills

§ High interest in web culture, social platforms, key artists all over the world

§ Passionate about AEG and Live entertainment

§ Be active in social networks, either personally or professionally

§ Bachelors degree or above in advertising , e-commerce or marketing is preferred

§ Bilingual Chinese/English

§ Extremely proactive and resourceful

§ Work well under pressure and inspire confidence

§ Creative, Organized, self-directed, methodical and motivated

§ Technical knowledge for graphic creation is preferred: html, CSS and graphic tools as Photoshop or illustrator
