一．工作综述（General description）
The responsibilities of Regional Sales Manager are to lead and coach the sales team to meet both the sales target and the revenue objectives in both short run and long run by performing the following duties.

二．工作职责（Responsibilities）
1.Develop and implement region strategy and annual/quarterly/monthly sales plan according to sales director’s requirement;
2.Grow business per directly developing new accounts and through partners;
3.Establish and maintain a strong and trusted relationship with channel partners for assigned region
4.Identify targeted key customers and big project and assist territory sales in developing new business;
5.Sales people development and coaching them correctly based on company strategy;
6.Submit efficient & accurate business report and sales forecast on time; monitor information in salesforce system;
7.Teamwork with the functional dept. to maintain high customer satisfaction rate incl. product quality, timely delivery etc;

三．所需资格条件（Qualifications）
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor degree in Printing, Engineering or equivalent,MBA preferred

EXPERIENCE
Must have at least 5 years sales management experience within a multinational company.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability in both written and spoken English.

OTHER SKILLS
1 Proven strong leadership with at least 3 managerial experience in driving a sales team over 10 people and has good communication and coordination skills.
2 Working experience in industrial company is essential
3 Results driven, energetic, resourceful and capable of working independently in a competitive environment
4 Good business sense/acumen
5 Strong customer presence with ability to communicate well both in a commercial and technical setting
