职位描述

As a Host/Hostess, you are responsible for greeting Guests and serving the needs of Guests. A Restaurant Host/Hostess is also responsible for organizing and maintaining order within the restaurant reservations area, including the logging of bookings and enquiries. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
迎宾员负责接待顾客,为顾客的需求提供服务。餐馆迎宾员同事负责建立和维持餐馆预订区域的之需,包括预订和询问登记。具体说来应以最高标准执行以下任务:
? Follow the phone standards as per standard operating procedures (SOP) and respond to bookings and all enquiries.
根据标准作业流程(SOP)和话务标准要求接听预订和询问来电。
? Greet all Guests to the correct standard and escort them to their allocated tables with menus and drinks list.
根据标准开展迎宾工作,陪送顾客到给定餐桌,提供菜单和饮料单。
? Present the waiter in the station according to the SOP.
根据标准作业流程介绍当班侍应生。
? Assist cloakroom attendant in the receipt of coats and bags.
协助衣帽间工作人员收领大衣和手提包。
? Ensure that the guest log book is completed after each service period.
确保每个服务期结束后完成顾客登记。
? Keep tidy the hostess desk.
保持迎宾桌的整洁。
? Answer all telephone calls to the correct standards and deal with all Guest enquiries and reservations.
根据标准接听所有电话,处理所有顾客的询问和预订。
? Ensure the reservation diary is kept up to date with all Guest names, telephone numbers, Guest information and special requests.
确保预订记录的顾客姓名、电话号码、顾客信息和特别要求及时更新。
? Allocate daily bookings to the table plan.
根据餐桌预订计划分配每日的预订。
? Ensure that all the menus and memos are ready at the desk prior each service.
在提供一项服务前,确保迎宾桌上菜单和备忘录准备就绪。
? Demonstrate knowledge of the menus and wine list and readiness to answer any enquiries from the Guests.
知晓菜单和酒水单的内容,随时可对客人的询问作出答复。
? Comply with venue licensing regulations as well as health and safety and fire regulations.
遵循营业场所证照规定以及卫生、安全和消防的规定。
