Job Responsibility

-Select and establish plastic components and tooling suppliers
-Negotiate all conditions with selected suppliers
-RFQ documents preparing & releasing
-Make price comparison and bargain
-Issue and trace initial orders for plastic components and tooling
-Identify, develop and implement suitable external sourcing opportunities for automotive industry
-Cost analysis, reports for plastic components and tooling
-Control the related documents
-Handle claims
-Accomplishing the annual target including saving rate

Job Requirements

-Engineering/Commercial background with bachelor/master degree.

-Strong power, working independently, good English skills.

-Good interpersonal skills, pleasant personality, cross culture understanding, organizing and coordinating ability.

-3 years above working experience in auto industry. Good knowledge about auto components especially about process technology. Very familiar with auto component supply base.

-Good understanding about cost structure.
-Strong negotiation skill
