> a) Sales Management
>
> 1. Oversee day-to-day retail operations and monitor performance of the retail shops to maximize sales and productivity, manpower efficiency and customer service standard
> 2. Ensure the implementation and execution of sales and promotional activities at store level
> 3. Maintain stock at optimum level to meet sales target
> 4. Evaluate and implement modifications to existing operations, procedures to improve efficiency of operations
>
> b) Staff Management
> 5. Manage staff, prepare work schedule and assign duties for various job positions.
> 6. Provide counseling, coaching, training and motivating the retail sales staff at shops
>
> c) Others
> 7. Solicit market information, and formulate sales strategy for management.
> 8. Implement and direct activities for VM, sales promotions and logistics which require intensive coordination with respective departments.
> 9. Implement for shop pre-opening preparation
> 10. Identify training needs, design and evaluate training programs for the frontline staff.
>
> Requirements:
At least 6 years related experience in luxury brand
Good presentation & communication skills in both Chinese, Mandarin & English an advantage
