Responsibilities:
1. Lead HW team for reference platform design
2. Lead HW team for customers' system design, bring-up, debug
3. Bring in projects requirement to validate SOC/FRC silicons
4. Field support for customer project

Qualifications:
1. more than 5 years' system hardware design experience 
2. more than 3 years' team Lead ship of hardware team
3. experienced for system design especially for high speed circuit design
4. experienced for SoC/STB is preferred
5. can overtime, travel in domestic and overseas
