职位描述
- Perform risk assessment at entity level to prepare annual audit plan
- Perform process risk assessment to identify high risk areas for audit
- Design audit program and lead team members to do audit field work
- Summarize and communicate audit findings, identify root cause, propose effective & practical solutions to rectify control weakness noted
- Prepare/review audit work papers and prepare the audit report
- Attend audit close meeting to agree with management the corrective actions and timeline
- Follow-up and verify the corrective actions with action owners
- Ad-hoc investigations or specific audits as directed by top management
- Work with other functional leaders (IT audit, forensic audit, etc.) to perform integrated audit
- Provide technical and soft skill training to team members to upskill the team capability
Requirement
1. Candidate possess a Bachelor’s Degree or above, Certified Public Account (CPA),Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or equivalent qualifications are preferred
2. 5 years+ of internal/ external audit experiences in audit firms or MNC companies
3. Experience in managing or conducting multiple complex audits simultaneously
4. Ability to demonstrate audit result using word processing and presentation software
5. Critical and logical thinking, have attention to details
6. Good report writing skills in both Mandarin and English
7. Strong communication skill to build and maintain effective working relationships with team and stakeholders
8. Able to travel frequently
