Job Function: Senior Systems Engineer / PaaS

Job Description:
TMO Group is currently looking for a experienced Senior Systems Engineer / Paas. Currently we are developing a unique scalable mobile product to service big multinational clients in China. The right candidate should have proven track record in System management & Administration automation and meet below skills sets.

Required skills for this position:
1. Strong Unix/Linux skills and the ability to code in at least two of C, Shell, Python, Perl
2. Development of systems management and administration automation in C++, Java/Scala or Erlang
3. Tack-sharp analytical abilities, coupled with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
4. Expertise in analyzing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems
5. Knowledge of IP networking, network analysis, performance and application issues
6. Experience with web application assessment, network penetration testing, vulnerability research & CVEs
7. Extensive experience and expertise in security management, auditing methodology, and risk assessments, backups and disaster recovery
8. Experience with CDN technologies, caching strategies, web services, performance optimization and scaling strategies
9. Experience in operational support of mission critical solutions in large scale environments and organizations
10. Exposure to source, build & configuration management (GIT, SVN, Ant, Ivy, Hudson, chef/puppet, etc.)
11. Agile methodologies (SCRUM)
12. Fluency in English (reading and writing).

职位技能需求：
1. Unix/Linux技能很强，至少具有C, Shell, Python, Perl其中两个编码能力

3. 敏锐的分析能力，有归属感和紧迫感和主动性
4. 擅长分析和排除大型分步式系统的故障
5. 对IP网络，网络分析，性能和应用方面有一定的知识
6. 具有网站评估，网络渗透测试，脆弱性研究&CVES方面的经验
7. 在安全管理，审计方法，风险评估，备份和大事故恢复方面有丰富的经验和专业知识
8. 具有CDN技术，缓存策略，网站服务，性能优化和标度策略方面丰富的经验
9. 在大型公司参与做过关键任务解决方案的业务支持
10.接触过资源，建立和配置管理（GIT, SVN, Ant, Ivy, Hudson, chef/puppet,等等）
11.敏锐的方法解决能力（SCRUM）
12.英文熟练（读写方面）
