职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Report to Electronics Engineering manager of SDC
Lead the HW design activities of the team. - Lead and manage the HW design process including the peer & gate review and responsible for HW documentation.
- Cooperate with team in Germany and Canada
Resolve project issues and manage engineering changes during project launch - Design to meet internal and external requirements including cost/quality/timing
- Development coordinator in China together with global team during project implementation
- Support production launch which may include travelling to the manufacturing plants for trouble shooting / problem solving.
- Support all APQP activities as HW responsible.
- Technical interface during project acquisition and development coordination
- Create product proposal during acquisition and push for target costing
- Product benchmark and reporting.
- Lead VAVE activities of the existing products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree.
5+ years of automotive product development experience. Experience with lighting or motor control is a plus. - Experiences of working on global project and communication directly with global customer.
Sense and experiences of team management, design process and documentation is mandatory. - Deep understanding of WCCA (Worst Case Analysis). Skilled with PTC mathcad.
- Deep understanding of circuit simulation. Skilled with pspice.
- Skilled with Schematic tools like Cadence, Mentor Graphics, Altium Designer.
- Familiar with EMC and reliability standards. Skilled at hardware related issue debug during EMC/Environmental testing, product functional testing and customer on site testing.
- Familiar with most EMC/Environmental stands of important OEMs like Ford and VW.
- Experience in Quality/Reliability process including Design FMEA, Production FMEA, Control plan and Global 8D
- Willing to continuously learn new technologies
Good cooperation and communication skill - Good English communication skills especially oral English.
