Duties and Responsibilities:
- Familiar with AD, assistant add/remove user account
- Setup New PC/IP Phone for new employee /Door controller &Camera system maintenance
- Troubleshooting for Printers/PXB System/Desktops
- Client PC administration (Backup/Recovery, software installation, troubleshooting, etc.)
- Routing server room inspection: make sure all servers running in good condition/camera and door control system inspect.
- Document matrix management: open/close folder/file permission for clients

Qualifications:
- College or equivalent required, major in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent technical certification strongly preferred
- Basic familiarity with core computing concepts is required, including imaging, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows 7 & 8, Microsoft Office 2007-2010
- General understanding of software deployment and installation, drivers and firmware, DNS, TCP/IP, file sharing in a Windows environment
- Fluent English in both written and spoken
- General working knowledge of computer hardware such as desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and their respective internal components (CPU, Hard Drives, RAM, etc.)
- Ability to provide excellent service to a variety of people with different levels of computer needs and expertise.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
