Responsibilities:
工作职责：
1. Responsible for Interior Function Parts design & development. E.g. ip&console,door trim,side trim,healiner,seats,sunroof,nvh parts,etc.
负责内饰功能件的设计&开发.如：仪表台、门护板、侧围护板、顶棚、座椅、天窗、NVH零件等.
2. Ensure the on time release of the design & on time delivery.
确保按时发布设计提交物.
3. Preparing/Presenting of detailed structure proposal and documentation in CATIA V5 and MS office.
用Office软件、CATIA软件准备和呈现详细结构方案及报告.
4. Assist and support Interior Group Leader/Department manager in specialist for technical issues.
协助支持团队负责人管理技术问题.
5. Be interface to OEM & manufacture suppliers as required.
根据需要与OEM &供应商进行日常交流.
6. Coordination of project-related activities with other groups.
与其他团队进行日常协调交流.
7. Styling feasibility analysis and concept development with sections.
负责内饰的造型伴随可行性分析、概念设计、详细结构设计.
Qualification:
资格要求：
1.More than 8 years projects experience in parameter design work for Interior trim&Accessary in CATIA V5.
8年以上用CATIA V5进行内饰&附件参数化设计的经验.
2.Profound knowledge of simultaneous development processes in the automotive industry.
对汽车开发流程有充分的了解.
3.Minimum experienced at following parts: ip,console,door trim.
至少在仪表台、中控台、门护板方面有丰富的经验.
4.Experienced in Int trim's styling/manufacture feasibility.
在内饰的造型工程伴随分析、制造可行分析方面有丰富的经验.
5.Familiar with EUR/USA/CN regulation relevant vehicle.
熟悉与汽车有关的EUR/USA/CN法规.
6.Relative knowledge on other system such as Closure,BIW, Chassis, E/E etc.
对汽车其他系统有相关的了解，如：闭合件、白车身、底盘、电器等.
7.Could be suitable for business trip for project.
愿意根据公司及项目要求进行长、短期出差.
8.Open mind and team work with people from different cultures.
具有开放的心态、能和团队与来自不同文化背景的人一起工作.
