2、能够把握项目开发的进展,根据国外的要求,统筹安排产品设计人员与项目跟单人员的工作;
3、优异的沟通技巧
4、至少3年化妆品包装行业及工厂的工作经历
5、有相关技术背景
6、能够看懂图纸，并在项目开发中，具有预判性，提出合理化建议以避免损失。
7、本科以上学历；
8、英语优异（包括听说读写），能独立与国外同事进行流利的口头沟通；
