Porsche Consulting is a 100% subsidiary of the famous sports car manufacturer Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG, Stuttgart/Germany. At Porsche Consulting, we provide management consultancy all over the world. We realize more than 70 percent of our revenue with external clients from a wide range of industries and 30 percent with Porsche and Volkswagen. Tasks:
- Management of consulting projects for international and Chinese domestic clients
- Industry focus: Automotive, aerospace, machinery/capital goods
- Functional focus
Production and logistics

Manufacturing strategies

Supply chain management

Customer & service processes
- Leading client teams, leading & developing consultant teams
- Support of client acquisition & marketing activities
- Development/improvement of project methodology, functional & industry knowledge
Requirements:
- Master degree with excellent study results, e. g. business, economics, engineering, natural sciences
- Work experience
Minimum 7 years qualified work experience
Minimum 4 years experience in production and logistics, or manufacturing strategies, or supply chain management, or customer & service processes
Minimum 4 years experience in production oriented industries, esp. automotive, aerospace, machinery
Minimum 3 years project management experience and people management experience, thereof minimum 2 years in consulting company
Well versed at preparing and implementing change processes
- Languages & international experience
Excellent Mandarin skills (verbally and in writing)
Very good English skills (verbally and in writing)
German language skills a plus
Minimum 2 years international experience (work/study outside China)
- Excellent presentation skills, fully able to communicate openly, clearly and accurately on all hierarchical levels
- Advanced analytical skills, able to structure demanding problems
- Selling skills: Able to explore clients’ needs and to formulate project proposals, proven sales track record
- Strong motivation/commitment to the job, team player, capable to work well under pressure
- High levels of professionalism, reliability, diligence, and taking initiative
- High willingness to travel
