Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
？ Manage and motivate finance teams of subsidiaries and JV companies.
？ Enhance finance and accounting system, reports meet statutory and Trammo’s requirements.
？ Guide and coordinate the accounting/business process and procedures effective, efficient and compliance.
？ Monitor payment, credit and other risk evaluation and disclosure.
？ Timely review the books, accounts, reports and control team’s work.
？ Provide guidance to the tax issues and tax planning.
？ Interact with other partners to provide supportive finance recommendation.
Other new projects.
Skills & Experience:
？ 5years+ finance and accounting working experience at manager/supervisor level in MNC
？ Practical experience in managing FX risk, Financial Investments and credit facility
？ Experience on offsite entities management is a plus
？ Fluent verbal/written English communication
？ Good at Excel, Word etc. Microsoft Office

？ Initiative, independent and good interpersonal skill
？ Detail oriented and sharp
？ Willing to have necessary travel
Education:
？ Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant professional certification
