岗位职责：

1. 订单处理。接收、核对、录入客户订单，按照流程操作ERP产生采购订单，将采购订单发送给供应商。

2. 交货期管理。确认并跟进供应商交货期，录入ERP系统，和客户沟通交货期。确保信息及时准确沟通。

3. 出货管理。根据交货期制作出货计划安排客户出货，制作发票/箱单草案。

4. 客户特殊要求管理。记录客户特殊要求，与其他部门/供应商沟通，确保客户合理要求得到满足。

5. 客户/供应商关系维护。与客户/供应商维持良好关系。

6. 供应商表现评估与提升。

任职要求：

1. 认真负责有耐心的工作态度。

2. 英语流利。

3. 熟练使用MS OFFICE特别是Excel.

4. 大专以上文凭,一年以上工作经验.
