职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:
? Conduct legal research on various legal topics and write legal memos
? Collect documents/information from internal department and do proper e-filing and paper filing
? Translate/proof read translation bilingual contracts,
? Review template agreements and other minor contracts under the supervision
? Coordinate meetings and take minutes
? Prepare presentations and regular reports
? Support in contract drafting
? Contract management
? Coordinate events and communication with other departments
? Other ad-hoc assignment by Director of Legal Affairs and other senior lawyers;
REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:
Education & Experience
? postgraduate student (top undergraduate student may be also possible) majored in law.
Skills
? Strong academic credentials from top law school
? Passed China Bar Exam
? Excellent oral and written English
? Skilled in MS office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint);
? Good interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset
? A willingness to learn and work hard
? Proactive working attitude and good teamwork spirit;
? Good time management and result-oriented;
? Be able to work at least 3 days a week if not 5 days a week.
