Role is to act in support to account managers and directors in a wide range of account handling activities and administration duties

Key Activities

· Assistance on development of press release / kits

· Attending client meetings, where appropriate, and drafting contact report

· Media relations and pitching stories to the media

· Acting as main contact for general media enquiries, requests for transparencies, samples etc, and maintaining a library/sample return system.

· Updating media database

· Handling press information mailings

· Keeping up-to-date record of forthcoming coverage and trade features.

· Helping with research for proposals and reviews.

· Attending photographic sessions where appropriate.

· Producing regular coverage updates.

· Putting forward ideas to account teams for account activity, or to aid running of accounts.

· Producing monthly evaluation documents in liaison with admin team.

EXAMPLE OF YOUR TYPICAL WEEK:

· Search and pitch coverage for media

· Answer media inquiries and facilitate the coordination for interview, product borrowing for fashion shooting

· Contact with clipping house for daily / weekly update and prepare instant mail for client’s reporting

· Help AM consolidate monthly clipping / report / timesheet

· Keep close contact with media for upcoming topics / editorial opportunities

· Assist shooting / EVENT EXECUTION
