Skills Required

· Experience in the Sourcing and procurement providing outsourcing services in China and APAC Locations

· Strong understanding and experience with Strategic Sourcing

.End to end sourcing projects for goods as well as services

· Experience in developing and implementing sourcing strategy

· Hands on experience in Contract Negotiations with suppliers

· Hands on experience in RFx, e-Sourcing and reverse auctions experience (Hands on experience with RFx tools like Iasta, Ariba preferred)

· Languages: Along with English and Chinese, Japanese speaking skills strongly preferred

Job Description :-

· Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and delivering consistent positive results

· Very good hands-on skills in Contract management and category expertise in indirect procurement across multiple industries

· Interface with customers to understand their sourcing and procurement functions & provide these services which would help them achieve their goals of cost benefit, timeline and quality

· Supplier negotiation which would bring Saving to customers

· Carrying out contract negotiations, spot buys, RFx and reverse auctions

· Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and delivering consistent positive results

· Interface with customers to understand their sourcing and procurement functions & provide these services which would help them achieve their goals of cost benefit, timeline and Quality

· Carrying out sourcing, RFQs events, auctions, supplier on-boarding on client hosted Platform
