职位描述
1、负责公司总机的接听，来访客户的前台接待与引导；
2、负责公司后勤保障工作，包括各类邮件分发、登记、管理，资料传真、复印、归档等事务；
3、预定、分发、整理报刊、杂志，及时更新调换，并对各类相关的工作文件进行归档管理；
4、负责订水、信件、包裹的安排及与快递公司的联系等日常事务；
5、负责日常文书、资料整理及其他其他行政事务；
6、安排内部会议，预定会议室，做好会议支持工作；
7、保证办公室和办公设备正常运行，及时报修处理；
8、负责公司员工的考勤管理；
9、完成领导交办的临时工作。
岗位要求 ：
1、女，专科及以上学历，形象气质佳，
2、能熟练使用办公自动化软件，打字速度快；
3、具有较好的沟通能力、协调能力及执行能力；
4、普通话标准，声音甜美，有亲和力；
5、有全套行政前台工作经验者优先；
