Conduct People Continuity (Recruitment, Staffing, Job transfer, Promotion, and Exit) etc.
Overall performance review, competency review, development plan and follow up.
Nominate the training name list and coordinate the training for onboard training/ LMS system/APAC University Courses.
Update Engagement Action Plan
Conduct or coordinate internal communication activities (Team building, Family Day, Day in Trade, Scholarship Project) etc.
Business partner for Centralization Function
Other works assgiend by HQ People

Reward / PPM / HRIS System
Maintain and update Functional People Structure
Support on position band evaluation
Tracking and monitor annual people budget & headcount
Annual salary review on merit and promotion
Annually bonus validation
Work with BSC on staff information validation
Validate severance cost, OT cost and holiday/annual leave management
Generate People Information and Report

TSC & PEP
Collect, validation and submit the data for Target setting, cascading and appraisal
Support on routine PEP report and coordinate with other function on EP program



Education
- Colleague bachelor degree on finance, economics, etc,
- Bachelor’s degree is preferable

Experience
- Previous experience with management responsibilities in a multicultural environment
- Previous experience in staffing, employee relationship and organization development and
- At least 5 years working experience, FMCG industry is favorable


Technical competencies: (Job related)
- Good analytical skills;
- General knowledge of business performance practices
- Good computer skills, mastery of Excel, PowerPoint
- Good communication skill and coaching skill
- Good English skill
- Good learning ability
- Excellent presentation skill
- White Belt certified is a must
