This is a contractor role.

Functional roles/responsibilities:
• Lead, coordinate and implement Occupational Health Surveillance Program in GE China Technology Center, major focuses include but not limited to
o Occupational Health Screening Process ( On-board, On-job, Exit, Emergency and Follow up medical checks )
o Occupational Disease/Illness Management
o Occupational Health Surveillance File (职业健康监护档案) Management
• Work with CTC Industrial Hygienist on the management of Company Occupational Health File (企业职业卫生档案) and report to local government agency whenever there is major OH hazard change.
• Be responsible for the implementation of below programs in CTC to ensure the compliance to local regulation and GE medical requirements
o Bloodborne Pathogens and Infection Control
o Respirator Fitness For Duty
o Hearing Conservation
• Be responsible for the Work Related injury & Illness Case Management in CTC and assist safety engineers for injury investigation if needed
• Track, study and analysis emerging local Occupational Health laws and regulations to ensure compliance
• Prepare and provide Occupational Health related education and communication to CTC employees
• Team together with GE China medical team in completing GE’s Medical Scorecard
• Attend GE China Medical Council meeting regularly
• Deliver occupational health related training to CTC employee
• Deliver first aid/CPR/AED training to ERT members
• Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned

Requirements:
• College degree or above
• Certified Registered Nurse or Doctor, with a specialization in Occupational Health management in China
• Medical background with at least three years of working experience (RN) in MNCs is preferred.
• Solid project execution and leadership skills
• Solid communication skills and strong team player
• Fluent in English & Mandarin Chinese
• Strong computer skills in MS office software
• Willingness/ability to learn new things
• Advanced knowledge in occupational medicine is preferred
