Primary Functions:
Acting as HRBP to accomplish routine HR tasks.

Responsibilities:
-To execute effective staffing activities in line with the global strategy to attract, identify, develop and retain the right employees and to maintain a powerful talent pipeline in the relevant functions in the local plant/site;

-To provide support and guidance to the relevant local management thus enabling them to contribute to the talent management agenda including succession planning and competency evaluation. To help the line management to develop employees' capabilities to meet the mid-to-long-term business development needs of organization;

-To contribute for all employee relations and representatives at the local, regional and national level related to their specific local plant/site to ensure full compliance with applicable employment legislations;

-Responsible for performance management ;

-Responsible for doing employee exit interview and procedure of resignation;

-Through an understanding of the business and engagement with the business leaders, translate the business requirements and challenges into relevant HR actions and initiatives.

Requiements:

-University degree or above for relevant area;

-Five years or above working experience in HR management position;

-Good planning skills with strategic thinking;

-Good interpersonal skills with strong adaptability into a dynamic environment;

-Good command of English and computer.
