Responsibilities

1. Lead a group of scientists to provide quality DMPK services primarily in the area of drug metabolite identification, including proposal written, study conveying, and report written.

2. Manage a LC-MS laboratory daily operation, including study planning and routine instrumentation maintenance

3. Serve as DMPK representative in various research programs maintaining a good communication channel between DMPK&Expl Tox department and other functional areas, such as Med Chem, Biology and Biologics

4. Mentor junior scientists

Qualification:

- PhD with >3-years or MSc with >5-years of working experience in the area of drug metabolite identification

- Extensive experience in application of LC-MS/MS

- Familiar with LC-MS/MS instrumentation

- Capable of communication in both Chinese and English

- Previous managerial experience a plus
