职位描述：
1、完成公司各类法律事务处理、法律风险规避与提醒；各类合同的审核、登记、管理；进行法律意识的宣传，提高员工的法律观念等法务管理工作；
2、负责相关法律文件的审核、起草、完善；
3、负责公司知识产权维护相关事务，处理相关工商维权事宜，负责通过流程出具各种材料，保持与品牌方律师的良好关系；
4、处理日常诉讼事务，法律纠纷；
5、公司各部门提供法律咨询，与相关政府部门（如工商行政管理部门、组织机构代码中心、物品编码中心等）进行联系、沟通、协助处理相关事务；
6、上级交办的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，法律专业，2年相关工作经验，有从业餐饮行业背景尤佳；
2、思路清晰、缜密，工作塌实、积极、主动；
3、学习能力强，具备前瞻性，善于分析、解决问题；
4、具备很强的责任感与团队合作精神，善于协调、沟通。
