MERCHANDISER
Job Responsibilities:
Managing to achieve the company's growth and objectives
Negotiating and managing suppliers on the general term of purchasing and general term of delivery
Sourcing and developing new products and vendors with up-to-date market trend information
Focusing on Production Planning till delivering in each particular product and process in different longest component lead-time.
Weekly review delivery on time (DOT), lowering of cost price, and saving of local purchase with clear target setting.
Monitoring and reducing lead-time since raw material development till finished goods delivered
Production Productivity's analyzing and improving

Profile Detail :
Bachelor degree or higher with minimum 3 years of experience in garment merchandising field.
Able to work independently with clients and vendors
Strong negotiation and leadership skill
Strong sourcing and vendor management skills
Work- Curious, dynamic, and like to be proactive. independently and efficiently under pressure environment to meet price / quality and delivery.
Good command of spoken and written English and Microsoft Office (Word/ Excel/Power Point ..etc)
Able to travel in China and overseas occasionally
Candidates with less qualifications and experience may be considered as Assistant Merchandiser
Immediately available is preferred
