Scope:

• Engage with the ecosystem to design in NXP Contactless technology into different form factors of payment devices(mPOS,home readers,PC readers,desktops)
• Act as a system expert in front of devices makers to have early specification influence
• Act as the champion internally towards the product line,sales,CAS team for design-in activities
• Guarantee the commercial deliverables of his/her jobs in terms of quality and performance
• To develop his/her leadership on his/her domain of skills and actions

Requirements:

• MS or BS in Engineering
• Minimum of 4 years (6 years for BS) experience in smart card industry
• Strong network in the ecosystem, excellent relationship with the banks,CUP,BCTC,device makers and system integrators
• Strong application and technology understanding of EMVCo,PBOC 3.0,PCI,CC EAL certifications,ISO14443 protocol and MIFARE,JCOP specification
• Very good communicators skills including presentation,white paper writing in both Chinese/English
• Creative thinker with helicopter view, capable of finding an appropriate solution to complex problems
• Team player, able to work in a cross-functional-team,multi-national environment
