Key Areas of Responsibility
Job contents
The role consists of a varied workload the following are the most significant elements:
?Lead and drive team members to achieve the high quality of work, ensure pricing strategy and mutual sales objectives will be achieved through team efforts.
?Work with Product Marketers to develop pricing strategies and goals (account specific where necessary), and manage the execution of the resulting pricing strategies, based on final Product Marketing pricing guidelines, to maintain agreed selling price and budget objectives .
?Ensure team members to develop and maintain a professional and positive working relationship with key customer contacts at all times and perform regular business reviews with those key customers to discuss quote quality & responsiveness, quote quantity fulfillment and tactical sales opportunities
?Establish and maintain regular dialogue with key partners in Account teams, Product Marketing and Support Teams to agree CP&Q team actions that support business plans, review performance to objectives and to ensure that relevant customer information is shared and acted upon promptly
?Ensure team members to produce price and delivery quotations in line with Sales and Marketing policy, goals and strategy and follow-up each quotation with the customer to seek orders or requirements for further quotation.
?Support team members in answering pricing questions and claim from customers and resolve price discrepancies for timely order release and invoice issues.
?Provide feedback to the sales force and product marketing teams on market pricing and market information.
?Support team members to provide Clarification, information to Marketing globally, on demand to support their periodical contracts negotiation preparation as necessary.
?Ensure all the team members compliance with corporate guidelines, procedures and general business principles
?Encourage the team members in pro-actively take initiatives to define and deploy continuous improvements in quoting process.
?Ensure the teams’ efforts on monitor the competitor and market activity and make recommendations as appropriate to ensure that NXP maximizes its market positioning.
?Collaborate within GCPQC on global quoting and pricing initiatives
Requirements:
G60-70
5-10 years overall working experience
Minimum 3-5 years in finance controller/analyst experience
Minimum 1-2 years leadership experience
Familiar with business process setting
Detailed orientated and able to understand data integrity
Strong communication skills in negotiation and influencing
Hi-tech industry background and familiar with EMS/OEM industry
Logical and able to be firm with stakeholders
Fluent in English
Good education background and MBA is preferred
Presentable
Male is preferred
