1) Lead and guide testing engineer and product engineer activities, build TPE channels with NXP operations, factory and subcon
2) Support project manager for new product ramp up (NPI) with testing and product engineer
3) Response for sustaining project management, including yield improvement, cost reduction and package change project
4) Subcon management and development for local engineering purpose
5) TPE resource capability development to meet BL product development needs

Profiles:
1) MSEE or BSEE with 6~10 years testing and product engineer experience, at least 2 years team management experience
2) Familiar with mass production release flow, at least 2 completed NPI experience. AMS product experience is a plus
3) Familiar with subcon management with testing, package and also hardware development
4) Skilled testing capability for various IC product( Analog/Digital/ Mix-signal)
5) Diligent/ quick learning/ interesting in digging into problems and sharing knowledge
6) Good communication both in oral and written English
7) Good team player with focus on results and time management
