Position overview:
A Sales Manager is needed to target multi-national companies and expand new commercial business in Shanghai for fast growing indoor environmental services pioneer, PureLiving China.
The Sales Manager will involve finding new leads, pitching customers in meetings and presentations, creating professional project proposals with accurate pricing, contract negotiation and some ongoing customer contact during the project. This is a challenging role for a self-driven and confident, outgoing person.
Responsibilities:
? Grow indoor air quality consulting, remediation, and monitoring business in Beijing (corporate sales)
? Establish sales channels (project management companies, relocation agencies, etc)
? Attend trade shows and industry events to generate leads
Requirements:
? Two years of sales experience.
? Friendly, extroverted and inquisitive personality; able to work independently
? Chinese passport or current (foreign) residents only.
o Foreign residents will only be considered with significant China experience
o Appropriate candidates should be willing to live in Shanghai
? Mandarin speaker (preferably Native ) with strong written English, able to write proposals and presentations in English
? Accomplished public speaker
? Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
? Passion for making a difference and helping clients
? Qualifications in Business management or environmental science or chemistry is a plus.
Work location & hours:
? About one-third of work time is visiting clients locally; remainder of time is typically spent in office
? Infrequent business travel to other cities in China
? Working hours are typically from 0930-1830, but our company supports a flexible and project-based work schedule; work may entail occasional Saturday mornings, but if required, will be offset by time off on another workday

? Shanghai office: Jiachun 753,building C,3 rd FL,735 Yuyuan Road, Jing'an district
? Beijing office: Jing Chao Building, 5 Nong Zhan Guan South Road, Chaoyang District, located near line 10 (Tuanjiehu) and easily accessible through multiple bus routes
? Suzhou office: Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP)
Benefits:

? Sales commission will be rewarded for new services or products business brought in from new sources. Details to be discussed during interview.
