职位描述
Job Responsibility:
1．Assist the DOS to develop regular market analysis.
2．Supervise the day-to-day operation of the Sales Team
3．Grasping the market dynamics and adjust the sales strategy accordingly.
4．Responsible for the market development and expansion, enhance the occupation rate in the market.
5．Develop and maintain good relationship with customer.
6．Keep close cooperation with other department to ensure the implementation of sales plan.
7．Ensuring the sales budget both in department and individual.
8．Complete the work assigned by DOS.
Job Qualifications:
1. Minimum 8 years work experience in the sales & marketing, working experience in 5-star hotel is a must.
2. MICE experience is preferred.
3. Perfect management skills and experience.
4. Familiar with the information of local market and business practice, especially in Pudong market.
5. Good interpersonal skills and listening skills.
6. Have the ability of judgment, innovation and organization.
7. Good image, perfect interpersonal skills and listening skills.
