Account Manager, VE

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for sales revenue of V-drive engine business
2. Responsible for sales & marketing activities for development of the V-engine business
3. Develop, execute & manage plans and activities in each industry, OEM & application
4. Development of the Volvo Penta brand in the V- business
5. Expand V- market share within China
6. Plan / forecast V-drive engine sales
7. Determine the right product specification for present sales
8. OEM, application & order process development & performance
9. Coordinate with other departments to ensure fulfillment of sales related work
10. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Job Activities:

Weekly activities
1. Responsible for accounts Communication, Supporting & coaching
2. Responsible for weekly forecast and act sales
3. Handling the key customers Sales works
4. Customer Relationship maintenance

Monthly activities
1. Responsible for rolling 12 months forecast to logistic department
2. Internal S&OP meeting
3. Next month action plan
4. Marketing / sales action plan & execution for responsible accounts
5. Marketing / competition analysis

Year-end activities
1. Engine Sales plan for responsible area
2. Assist engine team leader to Draft the sales and marketing policy for responsible area
3. Marketing & sales actions for next year for responsible areas
4. Marketing / sales strategy for responsible areas
5. Pricing Strategy for responsible area

KPIs
1. Yearly sales plan by units and value
2. Monthly sales result responsibility
3. Project tracking and management

Requirement:
1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Inner Combustion Engine or Business Administration
2. At least 5 years working experience of a similar capacity
3. Profound understanding of the construction machinery & truck industry
4. Working experience in the engine or construction equipment industry preferred
5. Application knowledge in construction equipment industry preferred
6. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
7. Proficiency in Chinese & English language
8. Strong problem solving, strategizing, organizational and systematic analytical skills
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
10. Strong CRM skills;
11. Willingness to work irregular hours and travel for work
