Accountabilities:
? Assist the whole team to achieve their best performance in dispute resolution settlement, including case analysis, strategy design, document preparation and etc;
? Advice on pursuing recovery from third liable party and from Protection and Indemnity underwriters;
? Prepare legal document(s) where necessary;
? Make a reasonable, realistic and timely decision on each and every cargo claim;
? Coordinate sub-ordinates for joint efforts if cross-region;
? Design/Update corporate claim procedures where necessary;
? Prepare monthly management reports;
? Maintain Claim smart system in terms of efficiency and accuracy;
? Generate reports and filing;
? Refresh BUs with knowledge for risk control and dispute settlement skills upon request.

Requirements:
? University graduated or higher with law degree (experience in maritime law firm is a plus);
? 2-5 years working experience on cargo claims handling and / or international shipping / logistics company;
? Experience in multi-national company is preferred;
? Able to read, write and speak fluent English;
? Knowledge on PC (word and excel);
? Attention to details;
? Fast learner and able to work independently and even under pressure;
? Good inter-person communication and negotiation skill.
