职位描述
Knowledge
l. bachelor degree Professional Skills
2. Sales experience in the outsourcing agency in Call Center , Direct Marketing , e-Commerce or System Development is preferred.
3. In-house experience of these marketing and e-Commerce is also ok.
Management Skills
l Not Mandatory, but nice to Have Soft Skills ( Such as communication skills, problem solving etc.)
l English Skill (oral communication) is needed.
l Team work, Communication Skill, Proactive attitude, Passion to work
It is a business development position, besides sales function, candidate should also have knowledge of:
1. To maximize potential/existing clients satisfaction
2. To Acquire new clients and Expand the revenue from existing clients, and to Contribute client's business expansion through our marketing and support services
3. To increase our brand position in this market
Main Responsibilities are to:
1. Approach potential clients in EC marketing and support field and normal Contact Center field.
2. Maintain existing customers Detail services
We offer to the clients are,
1. Contact Center Operation for inquiry and order handling
2. Website development and contents management
3. CRM system development
4. Direct Marketing Planning, including Internet Banner Ad, Listing Ad, buzz marketing, etc
5. Direct eCRM Execution like Outbound Call, eDM and SMS, etc. Target Industries are IT/Manufacturing, ecommerce, Apparel, Cosmetics, FMCG, Internal Contacts Team member in BD Div, Project Management Team, Operation team, Legal, IT team, etc External Contacts Since transcosmos is one of Taobao Partner, cooperation with Taobao would be very frequently.
Our target Customers:
1. who want so outsource Call center
2. who want to run the EC business on Taobao Shopping mall, or/and self-owned EC site.
