The material researchers manage and develop logon’s material library. They support the design team in material sourcing, implementation and database building & maintaining.

responsibility:
-develop the material library
- source materials, meet with material suppliers for Chinese materials, local materials (project based), imported materials.
-develop sustainable material strategies
-cooperate, consult and assist project design teams in material selection
-prepare standardized material sheets (product/procurement specifications) for selected materials
-closely cooperate with logon lab to source new sustainable materials and construction technologies
-closely cooperate with logon technical team about the implementation of materials and details
-cooperate with clients, partner offices and contractors about the implementation and sourcing of materials
-assist design team to develop & maintain high quality project results

experience / skills
_minimum college degree in architecture, engineering, interior design, construction or other related fields
_ good at specification writing and able to prepare standardized material sheets
_experience of developing and maintaining a library and database.
_good at CAD, office software, Indesign, sketchup; Autodesk revit skill is preferred .
_excellent communication skills and teamwork
_ working experience in an international office.
_open to new ideas and working procedures
_capable of working with foreign project architects
_solid experience in dd and cd documents
_excellent Chinese and basic English
_willing to travel for business

_在材料的实现和明细上与罗昂技术团队密切合作；
_在材料的实现和供应商的甄选上与客户，合伙人和承包商合作；
_协助设计团队提升并保持高品质的项目成果。

任职资格：
_大学本科以上文凭，建筑学，工程学，室内设计，土建或其他相关专业；
_善于撰写规格明细，能够起草标准化的材料表单；
_有开发和维护材料库和数据库的经验_会使用CAD，office软件，Indesign，sketchup；会Autodesk revit者优先；
_善于交流和团队合作；
_具有在外企的工作经历；
_善于接受新思想和新工作方法；
_能够与外籍工程师共事；
_扎实的扩初和施工图设计经验；
_文笔好，会英语；
_愿意出差。
