Position Summary
The Orientation Programs Associate is responsible for assisting the orientation program and running a wide range of events. The associate helps create programs and support services to help students with their transition into college and to become acquainted with life in Shanghai.
This position reports to the New Student Programs and Events manager.
Responsibilities
? Assist in planning, leading and managing orientation and other new student programs
? Assist with other major student life initiatives as assigned
? Coordinate large trips to local shanghai attractions
? General Clerical duties
? Demonstrates drive and initiative in a busy working environment
? Ability to work collaboratively
Qualification
? Required Education
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s degree preferred.
? Required Experience
1-2 years of related work experience
? Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
？ Fully proficient in both written and spoken English, and Mandarin.
？ Good interpersonal and communication skills to work in an international, cross-cultural work environment
？ Strong time management and multitasking skills
？ Superb attention to detail
